The plot thickens.
Brody Jenner just got married to Tia Blanco in Malibu last weekend—and it was initially claimed that Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner skipped the event to keep the spotlight on their half-brother. As TMZ put it, "they opted not to attend" but the decision "may have been a strategic move to keep the spotlight on the bride and groom."
However, now a source is out here telling The Sun that there's "bad blood" between Kris Jenner and Brody's mom Linda. "Brody personally invited Kylie and Kendall more than a few months back. The official line is that both girls already had other commitments, so unfortunately they were not able to attend.”
The insider added that Kris and Linda have had "bad blood" for decades, and that "Linda is quite a character, and has a lot to say about Kris - and vice versa. It was fireworks for a few years, and that drama did carry through into the kids. He’s never gotten over it, and so when the siblings were trying to build relationships, Brody would often fall back into this narrative of blaming Kris for everything."
Meanwhile, the source says that "Kylie has admitted to friends she just feels like a stranger in the Jenner family unit. She has nothing in common with them. She feels her place is as part of the Kardashians."
So, what the sisters were doing instead of attending Brody's wedding? Kylie seems to be on vacation in Europe, where Kendall joined her for a jaunt in St. Tropez!
